From Interstate 81

Take Exit 29 (Damascus / Glade Spring exit)
From Northbound: Turn left onto Maple St.
From Southbound: Turn right onto Maple St.
Continue on Maple until the road veers to the right and becomes East Glade St.  Follow East Glade, then turn left onto Town Square St.
